We're happy to welcome Professional Fellows Program Fellow Mostafa fechfouch from Algeria! Mostafa is a software engineer and PhD candidate, he holds a pivotal role as the lead of the research and development department at Cybears, a cyber security company that aims to provide an alternative to generic security technologies and services offered by dominant Advisory Firms and Security Vendors, closing the security gap. Mostafa manages a group of engineers working to build AI-based security applications to enhance personal and business security online. For his follow on project he aspires to assist underprivileged individuals in his community by providing comprehensive and user-friendly training in packaging, branding, marketing, and entrepreneurship. His aim is to enhance their production capabilities and contribute to the economic growth of their businesses. Mostafa is being hosted by SURF Incubator a tech startup incubator with the mission to mentor, invest, and support local entrepreneurs working to develop local solutions for local problems that will help the growth of their local economies. Working hand in hand, they are diligently organizing a remarkable event that will lay the groundwork for establishing a strong bridge connecting the vibrant startup and entrepreneurial communities of Algeria and Seattle. This event aims to foster collaboration, knowledge exchange, and mutual growth between the two regions, creating a dynamic platform for startups and entrepreneurs to connect, share ideas, and explore potential opportunities. By bringing together innovators, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders from both Algeria and Seattle, this event aspires to build enduring connections, nurture partnerships, and pave the way for a prosperous future of cross-border collaboration in the startup ecosystem. These Professional Fellows are taking part in a month-long professional exchange program.
