 As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by assisting in various administrative tasks and projects within the Talent Acquisition team. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you'll develop essential skills in sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates. Mission:

  • Support full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Help source candidates through various channels
  • Assist in screening resumes and initial candidate assessments
  • Support employer branding initiatives
  • Help organize recruitment events and job fairs
  • Maintain recruitment databases and tracking systems
  • Support international recruitment efforts

Required Profile:

  • Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Understanding of the tech/cybersecurity industry is a plus
  • Previous HR or recruitment internship experience valuable
  • Strong interest in human resources and talent acquisition
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
